• Cancellations requested after service delivery, course access, or content download may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are processed only for services that have not been delivered or for duplicate payments.

• Digital products, online course access, or downloadable materials cannot be refunded once accessed.

4. Refund Process

• Refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days after submission.

• Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method used.

• Depending on the payment gateway or bank, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Payment Gateway Compliance

• All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

• Vedanshi is not responsible for delays caused by the payment gateway or banking partners.

• Recurring subscriptions, if any, must be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic charges.

6. Non-Refundable Services

• Any custom consultancy services after delivery or consultation are non-refundable.

• Accessed or partially used courses, workshops, or digital services are non-refundable.

• Charges incurred due to failed transactions caused by user input errors will not be refunded.
