Anyone can scaffold a Laravel app in a fortnight. What decides the next two years is the database schema, the permissions model and whether anything is tested. We are a Laravel development agency in India that spends the first two weeks on those decisions — because that is where rewrites are caused, and where they are prevented.
Tell us what you need. You’ll hear back within one working day.
100% confidential. We sign an NDA on request.
Start with the honest question: do you need Laravel at all? If your requirement is content and a contact form, a CMS is cheaper to build and cheaper to run, and we will tell you so. Laravel earns its cost when the business logic is the product — multi-role workflows, approval chains, custom pricing, reporting, and data you need to own and query rather than rent from a SaaS tool.
Once that is settled, the schema is the project. Most Laravel rewrites we are called in for are not caused by bad PHP; they are caused by a database schema that could not absorb the second year of requirements. So we design the data model first — entities, relationships, indexes and migrations — and use Eloquent ORM the way it was meant to be used, with eager loading rather than the N+1 query problem quietly multiplying every page load.
Then the architecture that keeps an application calm under load. Validation in form requests rather than controllers, business logic out of the controller layer, queues and jobs with Horizon for anything slow — emails, PDFs, imports, webhooks — the scheduler for recurring work, events and listeners to keep features decoupled, Redis for caching and sessions. Role-based access control built properly from the start, because retrofitting permissions into a live application is one of the more expensive mistakes in this business.
And the engineering discipline around it: PSR coding standards, code review on every merge, PHPUnit or Pest tests on the paths that matter, a CI/CD pipeline through GitHub Actions, and zero-downtime deployment with Forge, Envoyer or Vapor. Error monitoring with Sentry, structured logging, automated backups, and security handled against the OWASP basics — CSRF, XSS, SQL injection, rate limiting and sensible authentication with Sanctum or Passport.
Have a Laravel project that has stalled? Give us repository access and we will reply with a free architecture review and the three riskiest things in the codebase.
Business portals, CRM and ERP systems, booking and inspection platforms — MVC architecture, Eloquent relationships, migrations and seeders, with Blade, Livewire or Inertia with Vue or React on the front end.
Laravel API development — REST API endpoints built with API resources, authentication through Sanctum, Passport or JWT, versioning and rate limiting — plus webhooks and integrations with payment gateways, CRMs, ERPs, Tally and logistics partners.
Multi-tenancy done deliberately — shared or separate databases, tenant isolation, subscription billing with Razorpay or Stripe, plan limits, trials and usage metering built into the data model from day one.
Filament or Nova admin panels, role-based access control with granular permissions, audit trails, exports, invoice and PDF generation, and reporting dashboards your operations team can actually run the business from.
Query optimisation and indexing, fixing N+1 queries, Redis caching, queues and jobs with Horizon, Laravel Octane where it helps, load balancing and horizontal scaling, with load testing before the traffic arrives rather than after.
Version upgrades from older Laravel releases to a currently supported one, composer dependency cleanup, code audits of inherited projects, security patching, monitoring and monthly maintenance with a defined response time.
Orders, inventory, approvals and field reports living across Excel files and WhatsApp groups. A custom Laravel application puts that into one system with roles, audit trails and reporting.
An MVP built on a multi-tenant foundation that will not need replacing at your first hundred customers — subscription billing, plan limits, API access and tests from the start.
Multi-vendor platforms with commission logic, payouts, dispute handling and heavy search — the kind of custom pricing and workflow rules no off-the-shelf platform will bend to.
Vendor, dealer and admission portals that must integrate with existing ERP and accounting systems, enforce approval chains, keep audit trails and satisfy an internal security review.
Inherited a Laravel codebase you cannot change safely? We audit it, document what it does, add tests around the risky parts, and tell you whether to repair or rebuild.
Every user role, workflow and integration documented, then the database schema designed — entities, relationships, indexes — and reviewed with you before a line of code. This is the fortnight that decides the next two years.
Application structure, API contract, queue and caching strategy, authentication and permissions model agreed, then scope broken into two-week sprints with a fixed quote.
Development in sprints on a staging environment, PSR standards, code review on every merge request, PHPUnit or Pest tests on critical paths, and a CI/CD pipeline running them before anything deploys.
Zero-downtime deployment through Forge, Envoyer or Vapor, Sentry error monitoring, logging and automated backups configured, source code and API documentation handed over, then maintenance under an agreed response time.
The first version arrives impressively fast, because Laravel is genuinely good at that. Then the bill comes due. Business logic was written into controllers, so nothing can be reused. Migrations were edited by hand on production, so no two environments match. Slow work runs in the request instead of a queue, so the application stalls under load. There are no tests, so every change is a gamble, and deploys happen over FTP at midnight. Nobody can change it safely, which is a polite way of saying it needs rewriting.
We build to be changed. Schema and permissions designed upfront, logic kept out of controllers, queues for anything slow, tests on the paths that would hurt if they broke, and a CI/CD pipeline so deployment is boring. Everything lives in your repository with documentation written as we go — the application, the API documentation and the server access are yours, and any competent Laravel developer can pick it up after us.
A focused Laravel web application with a handful of user roles typically runs ₹2.5 lakh to ₹6 lakh. SaaS platforms, marketplaces and ERP-integrated portals usually fall between ₹8 lakh and ₹30 lakh depending on workflows, integrations and reporting. We quote a fixed scope after the requirement study and data modelling stage.
A straightforward portal takes 8–12 weeks. Multi-role platforms, SaaS products and marketplaces run 4–8 months, delivered in two-week sprints with a working staging environment you can log into throughout rather than a reveal at the end.
If the requirement is content, blogs and enquiry forms, WordPress is cheaper to build and run. Laravel is the right call when business logic is the product — custom workflows, multiple roles with different permissions, calculations, integrations and reporting. We will recommend the cheaper option when it genuinely fits.
Yes, on the paths where a failure costs money — authentication, permissions, payments, calculations and critical workflows. Tests run in the CI/CD pipeline before deployment. We do not chase a coverage percentage for its own sake; we cover what must not break.
Yes. We handle version upgrades from older Laravel releases to a currently supported one, along with composer dependency cleanup and PHP version upgrades. We add tests around the risky areas first, so the upgrade is verifiable rather than hopeful.
Often, and it is a large part of our work. We start with a code and architecture audit covering schema, structure, security and technical debt, then give you an honest view on repair versus rebuild — including when rebuilding is the cheaper answer. You can also hire dedicated Laravel developers from our team on a monthly basis to work alongside your own.
You do. Code sits in your Git repository, servers, domains and third-party accounts are in your name, and there are no licence fees or dependency on us. Documentation is written so another Laravel developer can continue the work.
Queues and Redis caching from the start, query optimisation and indexing, Laravel Octane where it earns its place, then horizontal scaling behind a load balancer. We load test before launch and review the hosting tier before any campaign that will drive volume.
Give us read access to your repository, or just describe the project. Within 48 hours you will get a written review: how the database schema will hold up against your roadmap, where business logic sits, whether queues and caching are being used, test coverage and security gaps, and the three things worth fixing first. Yours to keep, whether we work together or not.
